Who is Politicizing

If a retailer decides to drop a line of clothing – in this case the Ivanka brand – due to poor sales is that a political statement or a decision based on dollars and cents.  When the president voices his displeasure over the event and berates the retailer, who it politicizing the event – the store or the president?  If a customer decides to stop shopping at a retailer because of the “politicizing” then who is continuing the politicizing nature of the event?  The customer?

Rhetorical question:  What percentage of votes received by Donald J Trump during the national election were actually “anti-Clinton” votes rather than “pro-Trump” votes?  No, it doesn’t make any difference in the results of the election.  But it could be a factor in the amount of future support for or against Trump’s initiatives.
